  I am beyond words to describe the experience one receives when they walk through the doors of Calvary Chapel Southbury CT. BUT GOD.....pretty much sums it up.....You will be fed the word like never before, if you long to know Jesus and want to start a fresh, die to one self and be alive in Christ....please come to a service here.....old is made new,.....Jesus didn't come for the saints' he came for the sinners....don't worry about fixing up your life before you come down, come down and Jesus will make all things new....you will walk in and out the same door, but I promise the walk out will be more like your skipping out!! your feet won't even touch the floor....that's "ALIVE IN CHRIST" A big shout out to our Pastor John Eastwood for teaching the Gospel with such love and respect,.....The sermons here will resonate in your heart....

  I highly reccommend this church to all in Connecticut. This is a place where Jesus is truly followed, no judgments! Come as you are and dig into the Bible as we are meant to. My family has blossomed since we started at this church and I couldn't be happier. Worship is amazing and it's a true community of real people.

  Pastor John teaches the Bible verse by verse and chapter by chapter!! If your looking for a church where you can get feed the Word of God..well then look no longer!

  Finding a Bible teaching church was very important to me. I wanted to be taught truth regardless of how it made me feel. Calvary Chapel Southbury is a church which does that. They believe that God's Word is powerful and is able to transform lives. They take Jesus' call to love and disciple people seriously. I felt genuinely cared and loved.
